Individual session where we explore a current situation (relationship, family, purpose, emotional block) from the approach of Family and Systemic Constellations, with support of somatic and yoga tools to integrate what emerges. Therapeutic objective: Identify invisible dynamics and loyalties, recover internal order, release emotional burden and enable a clear and sustainable next step. Duration: 60 minutes Materials/preparation: Intention or topic to work on; quiet space; water; notebook; (online) good connection + headphones. I recommend not scheduling something intense right after and leaving 15 min for integration. Price: 220€

A brief and deep process to work on a topic with continuity: opening + systemic movement, integration/regulation, and landing in actions and internal habits. Therapeutic objective: Sustain real change over time: integrate what was seen, regulate the nervous system, consolidate decisions and new forms of relationship (with oneself and with the system). Duration: 3 × 60 minutes (ideally in 4–8 weeks) Materials/preparation: Same as 1:1 + simple practices between sessions (breathing, journaling, regulation habits). Price: 580€ per pack

A private 1:1 mentoring space to accompany transitions, important decisions and internal reordering processes. Integrates Family and Systemic Constellations, somatic regulation and yoga tools to sustain clarity, grounding and direction. Therapeutic objective: Align mind–body–system to move forward with coherence: order internal and family dynamics, integrate emotions, strengthen boundaries and translate what emerges into concrete steps in daily life.
