Body therapist and creator of creative spaces

I am Sofía Caballero. I love art, inner development and nature. My professions are: Dance Movement Therapist, Yoga Instructor and companion in Living Education.

I developed and trained in different dances and theater. Also in integral therapies such as Focusing, Reiki, Akashic Records, Sound, Biological Biodecoding and Astrology.

I approached Yoga at age 17 because there were questions that needed answers to understand aspects of myself and I did my first training in 2012. I adore with all my heart how these resources have the effect of transforming us, making us more conscious and providing us with resources to live our life and adapt to the changes we are living.

With my professions I accompanied children, young people, adults and grandparents. In different spaces in Buenos Aires, Brazil and Spain. Currently, I continue studying movement, music and personal development.

My WISH is that we have a life in connection with our inner world, with our essence. That art be a bridge of transformation. Remembering that we are connected to the source (God, Creation, As each One calls it) all the time to flow in the vicissitudes of Life and relate better to our environment.
