Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies clubdelalma.com uses, what they are for and how you can accept, reject or change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

What we measure without cookies

To know the total number of visits we count every page view anonymously, without cookies or identifiers: we only keep the page, the referring site or campaign, the country, the device type and the language, grouped by day. Your IP address is used for an instant to work out the country (with the free DB-IP database) and is not stored.

Necessary cookies

Required for the website to work. They do not need your consent.

cda_consent (first-party, 12 months): remembers your cookie choice.
auth_token / auth_user (browser local storage, until you log out): keep you signed in.
cda_chat_id / cda_chat_log (the tab's session storage, only if you open the assistant): keep your conversation with the assistant while you browse; deleted when you close the tab.
Stripe (third-party, only when paying or donating by card): payment fraud prevention.

Statistics cookies (only if you accept them)

cda_vid (first-party, 13 months): a random identifier of your browser to recognise repeat visits.
cda_sid (first-party, expires after 30 minutes without activity): groups the pages of one visit, even across several tabs.
cda_pv (the tab's session storage): remembers the last page viewed in that tab to measure reading time.
_ga, _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd., up to 24 months): usage statistics. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

With them we record which pages you visit, for how long, where you came from and actions such as opening a facilitator's contact details, searching or completing a registration. We never record what you type into forms. If you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account. Detailed data is deleted after 13 months.

Signed-in users

While you use the website with your account, we record the time of your last activity to show the admin team how many people are online. This uses no additional cookies.

How to change or withdraw your consent

Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, we delete cda_vid and the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
